BLEND: Unprecedented encounter between our purple and yellow cane varietals: another rhythm, a new language. A complementary blend, dialogue between very different identities. We mash Fresh juice in our distillery (72-96 hours), distill in copper still: time and care, the weapons of artisans. Sounding green notes of freshly harvested cane, lemon and rosemary, iodine, apricot, lemon peel, orange. The palate uncovers additional layers of complexity: mint, hints of toast and dried fruit that warm. Elegant, creamy, balanced.
