[⭐] This is one of our earlier Barrel Selections and we're down to only 39 bottles remaining! This Tennessee Wheated Bourbon definitely has its own unique flavor profile which makes sense since they produce all of their own Distillate! No sourcing from the other well known Tennessee Distilleries. I can only imagine what their older barrels are tasting like now since this 4.5 Year Single Barrel packs a punch with huge flavor notes! [💪]
[⭐] Tasting Notes: [🤤]
The Nose has a bright Wheat effervescence to it. There's the usual Toffee, Caramel, and Leathery notes, but what stands out to me most is the subtle Peach Zest and Nutty characteristics. It's fun to continuously nose it through a Glencairn and pick up all of these other aromas like honey roasted cashews, pencil eraser, caramel syrup, and more!
The Palate has Rich flavors of Candied Toffee, Vanilla, and Tobacco. The Imagery I get from this is a Caramel covered Apple with crushed Peanuts on top. Yum! It reminds me of being at a Fair and browsing through all of the Sweets! It drinks very Fall Season-esque with the candy notes and baking spices like Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom, and some Citrus notes!
The Mouthfeel has a bright and oily character to it without being too dense. Very pleasing to swish around and enjoy!

I'm a sucker for a good value, and this is right on par for such a tasty pour at $54.99! There's a lot of Bourbon out there nowadays that are much more expensive and don't deliver nearly as much flavor and impact as this Single Barrel does. It has its own unique flavor profile that isn't too out of the realm of other Wheated Bourbons. Fans of Wheated Bourbons will definitely be impressed by this one! [🔥]
