Hand harvested from select vineyards with southern experience and placed in pneumatic presses, followed by a slow fermentation. Finally, the wine is immediately bottled in order to preserve the characteristically aromatic, sweet fruit fragrance of the Moscato Bianco grape. The result is a wine with such a delicate finesse that it was named “Nivole” after the Piemontese word for clouds
Intense aromas of mature stone fruit, apricot, honeysuckle and jasmine almost jump out of the glass. The vibrant, lightly foaming palate doles out juicy yellow peach, fresh apricot and a hint of sage alongside crisp acidity.
