To put it simply, Bins are the heart and soul of what Lindeman's is today. These wines are made from special parcels of the highest-quality fruit, sourced from all over South Eastern Australia and skilfully blended to create a uniquely consistent wine. Traditionally, parcels of wine were stored separately in an area of the cellar, where each one was allocated a unique 'Bin number'. Year after year, the same style wine parcels were allocated Bin numbers which were linked to the wine's style and differentiated only by vintage numbers to make sure nothing interfered with their expert blend.
